Tangible Well-being was created with the purpose of sharing my lifestyle in order to support others through life’s hardships.
I found ‘rock bottom’ at a young age, once I was able to take control of my life and turn it around (more dramatically than I even thought possible..) I knew I needed to share what I had discovered!
It started by me sharing what I had learned with friends and family. But it wasn’t until they started coming back to me and asking for more; that I realized I could help so many other people.
That is when I became inspired to create this site and the Tangible Community that surrounds it.

Yoga helped turn my life around in many ways. I used it to rebuild strength and stamina during my physical recovery. Although, it was the mental impact it had on me that made me fall in love.
I am a die hard yoga enthusiast, and I am always sharing my yoga practice, but please note I am not (yet) a certified yoga teacher.
I used to share the mentality of many others that meditation wasn’t for me, I couldn’t ‘quite’ my mind.
It wasn’t until I discovered what meditation truly was and started becoming mindful of my thoughts and taking control of my thinking; this is what empowered me to turn around my life.
